My performance schedule is posted at dgans.com/gigs.html – new gigs are being added all the time.
As always, I’m in the market for house concert opportunities. If you see an open spot on my schedule in your general vicinity, let’s try to make something happen! And remember: word of mouth is a gigantic part of musicians’ promotion and publicity these days, so if you like my music, please spread the word about my gigs and recordings.
My recordings are available at dgans.com/discography
Great thanks to Jim Dunlop for providing me with first-rate strings for all my guitars!
Thanks also to Rick Turner for creating the amazing guitar I play on tour, the Renaissance RS-6.

Review and video clips from Raleigh
A nice review of the 11/20/13 Rumpke-Gans show at the Raleigh Pour House, with video from the show. Thank you, Dan Schram! An excerpt:
Gans makes his way to the Triangle every few years, including a pair of performances that served as highlights of Shakori Hills a few years back. He combines his original tunes with teases of Grateful Dead material to create intricate, guitar-driven loops. After a set of solo songs, Gans joined the Rumpke Mountain Boys from Cincinnati. They complemented him like a jug band, minus the jug.
Here are the video clips:

And from the same show, here are the Rumpke Mountain Boys covering Richard Thompson’s “1952 Vincent Black Lightning”
