I smoked my last cigarette a year and a half ago. I tried my first one when I was 17 years old and smoked on and off for over a decade. I will never regret the day I gave it up. I have never felt better.

Interestingly enough, I smoked my last cigarette over ten years ago while building a poolhouse and outdoor kitchen for Phil and Jill Lesh at their former home in San Rafael. I went from two packs a day to none cold turkey and I’ve never regretted it, don’t miss it one bit.
i did have a hard time Quitting Smoking but several months of discipline and the use of nicotine patches helped me a lot to stop smoking.
It took me 2 years to fully Quit Smoking, it is really difficult to Stop smoking and you need lots of self discipline to stop the cravings on cigarettes.
Write a list of reason you LIKE smoking. It may seem counter to your needs to quit smoking but ignoring why you like smoking & why you continue to smoke is important so that psychologically you can overcome these things or leave them behind or replace them with something. Ignoring them basically means when cravings hit those reasons subconsciously attack your reasoning & resolve.
I quit smoking over the weekend and its beginning to make me feel crappy right now. My companion says I won’t be able to get it done however I’m so strong about this I can. Today I started experianceing painful sensations in my stomach and I absolutely want a cig. I wont give in since I’m doing this for my child. I am blessed to have the e cigarette. It is often a big bonus to me.
