  1. Any chance you can make this one available for streaming after the broadcast for those who might not get a chance to catch it as it happens?

  3. Nick, KPFA archives all programs for several weeks after broadcast. And the KPFA tribute will be on the national show in a few weeks.

Shiney Mike, “Emperor’s Suit” was written by Robert Hunter and Vince Welnick. And yes, we have a lovely Yamaha grand piano in the KPFA performance studio.

  4. I suffer from depression and I have contemplated suicide many times in my life.
So far I have not ever had deep seeded plans or followed through with it.
Although I have had quite a few blackouts and overdoses.

I think it is by the grace of God that I had this twelve step program sponsor that
always told me that suicide is usually a permanent solution to a temporary problem.
He also reminds me that things like Zoloft may help but there is no such thing as a happy pill.

The best thing for me to do is what I like and If I can’t do what I like then I need to take the time and find a way to do what I like. Hopefully, what I like will help people , places and things. I’m always full of good ideas but lack a necessary means to bring
    these dreams into fruition. Reality.

My sympathies to all, Vincent L. Huff my_cartoon_wyle_e_coyote@yahoo.com
