Tonight: interviews and rehearsal music from the Rhythm Devils, who are currently on tour and will be for the rest of the summer. We’ll talk with Mickey Hart and Bill Kreutzmann, guitarists Davy Knowles and Keller Williams, and bassist Andy Hess (I missed a chance to speak with talking drummer Sikiru Adepoju). (Bill Kreutzmann is also gearing up for gigs with Seven Walkers this summer.)

Mickey and Bill will be leading the Seventh Inning Stretch at AT&T Park in SF on August 9 for Jerry day. They will attempt to set a Guinness world record for the largest Kazoo ensemble, leading a kazoo version of “Take me out to the Ballgame”!

  1. I was just wondering whether or not it’s a BYOK. I know I have one somewhere, just gotta poke around. Maybe those Devils will be providing kazoos to the needy.
