Donna Jean and the Tricksters on KPFA 9/19

Donna Jean and the Tricksters will perform live on Dead to the World next Wednesday, September 19, 8-10pm Pacific time. They’ll have the whole two-hour time slot, though we may take a short break somewhere in there.

Thanks in advance to Tony Ferro, who volunteers his time to engineer these live broadcasts for the love of the music.

nugs.net will carry this program live, too.

So we’ll be broadcasting over the air at KPFA 94.1 in northern California and KFCF 88.1 in Fresno CA, and streaming at kpfa.org, kfcf.org, and nugs.net

  1. The usual suspects over at Ratdog.org are already predicting the possibility of Bobby sitting in at their gig at the Sweetwater the following night 9/20.

  2. It must be a swan song for the SweetWater too? The KTVU news ran a Saturday night story about a month ago. The property owner wanted to remodel his place and raise the rent. The current operators were planning to move on; because they wanted too much for a new lease…
