A two-“Dark Star” show – my kind of GD radio!
The Corry Arnold interview was recorded during the annual KPFA Grateful Dead fund-raising marathon on March 11. The voices of Tim Lynch and Joe Burke are heard briefly during the conversation. Lost Live Dead is a seriously deep dive into the history of the Grateful Dead and related musical enterprises – well worth a regular visit.
The 6/18 Dead and Company show is available for download in a variety of formats. All the other shows from the current tour are also available at livedead.co
The Grateful Dead Hour is made possible in part this week by:
Terrapin Stationers, announcing The Jerry Garcia Limited Edition Coloring Book, Collection One. Several of Jerry’s beloved works have been adapted for this project, which also includes two pages of color-in postcards. The Jerry Garcia Limited Edition Coloring Book is available from terrapinstationers.com
The Capitol Theatre in Port Chester, New York, presenting a double dose of the Grateful Dead’s music at The Cap on Sunday, July 30. Midnight North featuring Grahame Lesh and Westchester’s Stella Blue’s Band will take the stage for a real good time. Events, information, and ticketing at thecapitoltheatre.com.
